Article 1 – Definitions
- Right of withdrawal: the possibility for you to withdraw from the Agreement within the statutory period.
- You / your: any natural person or legal entity placing an order via the website.
- Agreement: the contract concluded via the website between RawResolve and you.
- Product(s): any product offered or delivered by RawResolve.
- RawResolve: the legal entity RawResolve B.V. offering the Products.
- Terms: these General Terms and Conditions of RawResolve.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms apply to every offer made by RawResolve and to every Agreement concluded between RawResolve and you via the website.
Article 4 – Offer and Agreement
- The offer on our website contains a clear and honest description of the Products.
- Obvious mistakes or errors are not binding on RawResolve.
- RawResolve reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for valid reasons, such as incorrect or incomplete payment details, suspected fraud, obvious errors in price or product information, or if the Product is no longer available. In such case, any amount already paid will be refunded as soon as possible.
- All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly in color, texture or appearance from the delivered Product.
Article 5 – Prices and payment
- All prices are in euros and include VAT.
- You pay the price shown on the website at the time of ordering.
- Any shipping costs are stated separately.
- Payment can be made via: iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Bancontact, Maestro, UnionPay and Shop Pay.
Article 6 – Delivery
- RawResolve delivers within Europe.
- Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping is handled by carriers via Sendcloud.
Article 7 – Risk and damage
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect Product, please contact support@rawresolve.com and we will help you find a suitable solution.
- The risk of loss or damage remains with RawResolve until the order is delivered to you.
- After delivery, the risk passes to you.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal (returns)
- You have the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days after receiving your order.
- You can register your return via the link on our website.
- After registration, you will receive instructions.
- After withdrawal, you must return the Products within 14 days.
Article 9 – Costs, refunds & exceptions
- We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the returned Products at our location.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense and will be deducted from the refund.
- The right of withdrawal is excluded for opened cosmetic Products and Products with a limited shelf life, for reasons of hygiene and health protection. Returns are only possible if the Product is unopened.
Article 10 – Product use & liability
- Products are intended for external cosmetic use only.
- Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
- Skin reactions may vary per person. Always test on a small area of skin first.
- Use Products only as indicated on the RawResolve website and as may reasonably be expected of a cosmetic product.
- When in doubt, always consult the product page on rawresolve.com.
- RawResolve is not liable for damage caused by improper use.
- Some natural ingredients may cause allergic reactions. You are responsible for checking the ingredient list (INCI) before use and for not using the Product in case of known sensitivities.
Article 11 – Natural ingredients
Our Products contain only natural ingredients. As we do not use synthetic stabilizers, colorants or fragrances, color, scent and texture may vary slightly per batch. These variations are not defects, but natural characteristics of our Products.
Article 12 – Quality and complaints
- RawResolve stands for the quality of its Products. You are therefore always entitled to a Product that conforms to the description.
- If you have a complaint about a Product or our service, please contact support@rawresolve.com as soon as possible and explain what went wrong (if possible, with photos or other evidence).
- We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Article 13 – Intellectual property
All texts, logos and images on rawresolve.com are the property of RawResolve and may not be used without prior written permission.
Article 14 – Privacy
In order to process and deliver your order, RawResolve processes your personal data with care, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Article 15 – Governing law
All Agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
