We want you to love your Rawresolve products. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions:

Return Period
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition of Items
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds
Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
